To rent an Quarkcars self-drive car, you should have a valid Aadhaar card, a driving license and an original Passport/Voters ID card.
Please note: Aadhaar card details like name, mobile number etc. should match the details that are provided to Quarkcars at time of making a booking. In case of a mismatch, Quarkcars will cancel the booking and a penalty of Rs 500 will be levied to the guest in such case.
Also, it is required to make sure that all the details mentioned in the Driving License and Aadhaar card are readable and clear.
To rent an Quarkcars, you need to have a valid and a clean Indian driving license that covers the vehicle rented by you. This license needs to be held by you for at least one year.
Yes. You are required to sign an e-agreement, a car check list and a brief Terms & Conditions sheet at the time of confirming your booking.
You need to upload co-driver’s Driving License before the start of the rental. The renter (who has booked the car) will be responsible in case of an accident or damages by the co-driver wherein the rental terms do not comply with.
All Avis cars have commercial number plates.
No. We will provide you all the required legal documents needed to drive the car with a commercial number plate.
The renter (who has booked the car) is completely liable for any damage done by a third party.
Damage to clutch plates and tires due to negligence on part of the renter is not covered and will be charged. Final assessment will be made by Quarkcars

Damage cost up to INR 25,000 to be borne by the customer. In the case of a damage exceeding Rs.25000, insurance claim will be filed by Quarkcars and the depreciation amount and the parts which are not covered under insurance to be borne by the customer.
*The assessment of damage made by the Quarkcars will be final.
As per the Central Government directive, all self-drive vehicles are fitted with a speed governor (speed limiting device) which limits the cars not to go beyond a certain prescribed limit and the same varies from state to state.

Yes. There is a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000.
The security deposit is charged at the time of booking. As per Quarkcars India cancellation and refund policy, the refund is initiated post closure of rental and is processed within 3 working days.

Yes. You have to pay commercial state road tax because self-drive cars are registered under a commercial license.
